How does the Pre-Order process work?

Almost all of the items found on this website were introduced during the Valheim merch Kickstarter, created by Heroic Replicas LTD under license from Iron Gate Studio. All funds raised during that campaign went towards producing and stocking inventory for this website. Most items are now produced, and in transit to their respective warehouses, and now we are opening these items for general pre-order outside the Kickstarter Campaign, as well as converting pledges from the campaign into direct orders on this website. In general, when all items in your order are available to be shipped, they will ship out to you, and you'll receive a shipping notification and tracking.

We have warehouses in Canada, USA, and Ireland. Items that are pre-order only (for now) are marked as such on their product pages. Some items ship separately, and some items may arrive later this year. As mentioned above, most are already produced and simply need to arrive and be accounted for at their regional warehouses.

Most items will likely be available and in-stock before or during Q3 2024, and everything will be in stock estimated Q4 2024

 

Who are you?

Valheim.store is a website that sells items and designs pulled from the world of the open-world survival crafting video game Valheim. These products are produced by Heroic Replicas LTD, and are licensed from Iron Gate Studio.

The site and product development are mostly handled by Dave.
He's a cool guy. He literally paid me to say that.

When do items ship, and from where?

Replicas ship from Canada. All other items ship from either USA or Ireland, from their respective warehouse. Orders typically ship out in under a week, and usually arrive a few days after, depending on region. Peak season can cause delays.

Most of our items are in pre-order status, which means that your order will ship once all items are in stock and ready to ship. Most items in pre-order have already been produced, but are currently in transit to their respective warehouses.

 

I didn't get my order, or I have an issue with an item I've received.

First, check that your items are in stock. Each item that is "pre-order only" (for now) will say so on its product page. We will ship your order as soon as all items in your order are in stock!

If you have received your shipping notification, please check the tracking to start. Note that replicas ship separate from other items, and have a longer lead time, and some shipments come in multiple packages that regularly get separated in transit.

If you feel you have a defective item, send us an email describing your situation to the address above and we'll go from there! We're willing and able to send you, for example, a sewing kit to patch a plush, or a free replacement that can be shipped with your next order, or we could arrange to replace a defective or damaged replica component for the cost of shipping.

All sales are final after they are shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If you need a size larger, contact us at our e-mail and we'll give you a discount on your next order.

 

Do you ship to the EU? How about my specific country?

Yes! We ship to the US, EU, UK, and Canada - and most other countries globally!

If you're given a shipping price when checking out on this site, then we can ship to you. If you'd like us to add your country, let me know!

Replicas ship separately, so be aware you may be responsible for duties or import fees for some portion or all of your order.
